• Unloading charges to be borne by receiving party. Parcel / Luggage are carried at owner's risk.
• Cheque mode should be in favour of EZEE Cargo Clients
• In case Vehicle Breakdown / Mechanical issue the parcel will reach destination next day only.
• In case the Parcels are lost or damaged (Fruits, Glass, Oil, veg) in the transit, the company will not take any liability on it.
• GST Under Reverse Charges Payable By The Service Receiver, Certified That The Particulars Given above are true and correct.
• We do not hold any other responsibility on late arrival or Parcel / Luggage. Enquiries regarding parcels within 15 days. Thereafter no enquiries.
• These terms and conditions of service constitute a legally binding contract between "Shipper" and "Customer". Below mentioned all Goods & parcels booked at consignor risk only the Customer must have insured the goods & parcels for his financial safety.
• This Non-Negotiable consignment note is subject to standard condition of carriage set forth on the shipper's copy.
• "Shipper" and "Customer" hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from us with regards to the services provided by them.

EXCLUSIONS, ASSESSMENT AND MONETARY LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Shipper shall in no event be liable for:

• Circumstances which the shipper could not avoid and the consequence of which it was unable to prevent.
• If the parcel/luggage is arrested for any issues by government officials, customer should be responsible for the recovery of his parcels.
• Shipper does not hold any responsibility for the late arrival of parcel/luggage.
• Consequences of loading and unloading operations.
• Inherent vice and nature of the goods.
• Indirect or consequential loss such as, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of market and conventional fines.
• War, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, usurped power or confiscation, nationalization or requisition by or under orders of any government or public or local authority.
• Natural disasters, acts of god, acts of robbery.

Illegal Goods not permitted

• Goods that are against the law to trade or to be imported or exported are not permitted to carry in the vehicle. The goods & parcel owner will bear sole responsibility in case of any objectionable illegal goods are found in the packages on checkup by Octroi, Excise and other authorities.

Value of Goods

• All goods should be enclosed with Tax Bill/R.C Copy. The value of the goods shall be determined according to the sales price as indicated in the sales invoice or, if there is no such invoice, the current market price at the time and place of taking over the goods or if there is no current market price, by reference to the normal value of the goods of the same kind and quality.

The Liability of Shipper

• The liability of shipper for any loss of or damage to the goods is limited to an amount equivalent of Rs.100 per consignment for goods lost or damaged.

Collection of Goods

• Luggage/Parcel should be collected within 24 hours of its arrival, failing which the shipper is not responsible for the delivery.
• If consignments are not taken delivery within 30 days it will be auctioned without any intimation to the Consignor or Consignee.

Demurrage Charge

• Demurrage Charge per day 10% of parcel value, after 7 days of receipt of the parcel.
• If consignments are not taken delivery within 30 days it will be auctioned without any intimation to the Consignor or Consignee.

GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION

• The legal relationship between shipper and its customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with jurisdiction of our district courts only.

Goods Banned to Transport

The following goods are banned for transportation, and they must not be booked under any circumstances.

• Rationed goods, Gas cylinders.
• Sandal wood, Forest produce goods, Bones / Horns, Cardamom, Cloves, and other contraband goods.
• Khanja, Liquor, Spirit, Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene, Oil, Acids.
• Weapons, Bullets, Untanned Leather, Skins & Hides.
• Country drugs, Kadukkai, Jaggary.
• RTX, Gelatin stick, Phosphorus, Uranium.
• Crackers / Explosives, Match boxes and other flammable goods.
• Dead bodies of Human beings and Animals.
• Batteries (with Acid), Charcoal.
• Unpacked - Cinema Films, Cotton Bales, Dry Leaves, and Woolen Goods.
• Currency Notes, Gold, Silver, Diamond and any valuable jewelry.
• Any other goods banned by State and Central Government.
